- overnight stay according to the booked room category, equipped with bathroom (suites including bathtub), toilet, television, telephone*; all suites are equipped with a minibar
- a selection from our rich breakfast buffet
- free use of our pool area during the opening times for hotel guests
- salt cave use for 45 minutes once a week arranged by appointment
- free internet use via wireless LAN
- room cleaning and laundry change every third day
All prices included the applicable legal German sales tax. The general calculated price per month applies throughout the year – independent of the length.
Billing
You will receive an invoice of the amount of the booked price per month before the rental time begins. Please pay the monthly price in advance by the fifth working day of the respective month

An agreement on a permanent residency can take place only by availability, on direct payment basis and by request via E-Mail at reservierung@ratswaage.de. The cost absorption of the customer requires a written informal confirmation on business paper.
Cancellation conditions
BIf you cancel the booking while the monthly fee applies, all following overnight stays till the check–out date will be calculated with the daily rate.
If we could not sell the room otherwise, we charge 30% of the regular room price for the remaining, not checked in days till the end of the month.
Parking fees at the public car park
The special rate of 6,00 EUR applies for you per night. We are sorry, that we cannot reserve you a parking space.
