You can find them on every floor at the marked spots. Smoke detectors are installed in every room. Therefore, please note the smoking ban. In case of a fire brigade job caused by smoke in this room, the costs will be charged to the person, whose name is listed for the room. These are for example a special cleaning fee in the amount of 50.00 EUR or the cost for calling out the fire brigade in the amount of at least 600.00 EUR.

We offer ironing service for selected clothes, which can be ironed according to the label and on request. Please enquire by the reception in advance. After consultation with the housekeeper, you get them back within one hour, depending on the expense. The fee is 3.00 EUR per piece. We can bring you an iron and an ironing board to your room free of charge.
We will be happy to bring your luggage to your room. Therefore, we charge an extra fee of 1.50 EUR per piece.

You can park your car in the public multi-storey car park attached to the hotel. Hotel guests pay a special rate of 12.00 EUR for the use of the car park per car and night. Please note that we cannot reserve spaces in advance. The garage has a clearance hight of 2 m. Please inform us with your reservation if you need a parking space for your motor bike.
We allow dogs, that are supervised during the entire stay. We charge 18.00 EUR (without food) per dog and per night. When leaving the room, please place the "Do not disturb" sign outside at the door. Unfortunately, it is not possible with the dog to visit our restaurant (exception: service pets). If you want to bring other pets, please ask our reservations office.
You will find a pharmacy along the Breiter Weg, at the shopping centre Allee Center and City Carré. The reception staff will be happy to inform you the pharmacy emergency services during on weekends and public holidays.

Our sauna is located in the basement (elevator "-1"). Please take your room card with you for access. Please get a key wristband (deposit fee 6.00 EUR) at the reception. The fee for the sauna is 4.00 EUR per day. You can find the opening hours here.

At the "Salzland" gift shop we offer exquisite salt products, cosmetic products, delicacies, souvenirs and much more from Monday to Saturday. Outside of regular opening hours a small selection of products is available at the hotel reception.

The Elbe Cycling Path is within walking distance from the hotel. Here you can cycle, run, walk or skate. In the city park (approx. 25 minutes to walk) you can rent segways, tandem bicycles and rickshaws. In close proximity to the hotel you find an indoor pool with a 50m-baisin and a diving platform as well as several gyms.
